How To Make Mix Fritters
Serving For 6 People

Ingredients :
- 10 To 12 Green Chilly
- 3 Sliced Potato
- 4 Sliced Green Tomato
- 2 Cup Besan
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1 Pinch Baking Soda
- Water ( As Much As Required For Making Batter )
- 3 Cup Oil
Serve :
- Tomato Sauce
- Coriander Chutney

Method :
For Making Fritter Batter :
1. Take A Bowl Add 3 Sliced Potato, 1/2 Tsp Salt Mix It And Add 1 Cup Water And Rest It For 1 Hour. Now Take Another Bowl Add 4 Sliced Green Tomato, 1/2 Tsp Salt Mix It Well And Rest It For 1 Hour. Then Take Another Bowl Add 10 To 12 Green Chilly And Cut The Green Chilly In To Middle And After Cutting Green Chilly In The Middle, Add 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1 Tsp Salt
And Fill In To Middle Of Green Chilly Then Rest This Green Chilly For 1 Hour. (Remember That You Should Remove The Seeds Of Green Chilly Then Add The Above Masala In The Green Chilly).
For Making Batter For Potato And Tomato Fitters :
1. After 1 Hour , Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Besan, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder 1 Pinch Baking Soda, Water And Mix It Well And Make A Thick Batter For This And Batter Is Ready.
2. After Making Thick Batter, Take A Pan Add 3 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot, Take One Slice Of Potato Dip In To Batter And Fry It. Now Take One Slice Of Green Tomato Dip In To The Batter And Fry It Well. And Do This Thing To The Other Fritters. And Fry This Tomato And Potato Till It Become Golden Color.
3. After Fitters Become Golden Color Take Out This Tomato And Potato Fitters In Tissue Paper To Remove Excess Oil From It. Now Make All Fritters Like This And Green Tomato And Potato Fitters Is Ready To Serve.
For Making Green Chilly Fitters :
1. Take Green Chilly With Filled Salt And Dry Mango Powder Wash It Well . Then Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Besan And Add Water As Much As Require For Making Dough Mix It Well And Make A Thick Batter Batter Is Ready.
2. Take A Pan With Oil And Heat It . When Oil Gets Hot Then Take Green Chilly And Dip In To The Batter And Fry It In Oil. Then Fry This Green Chilly Fritters Till It Become Golden Color. After Green Chilly Fitters Become Golden Color Take Out This Green Chilly Fritters In Tissue Paper To Remove Excess Oil From It. Then Make All Fitters Like This And Green Chilly Fitters Is Ready To Serve.
Serving :
Serve Mix Fritters With Tomato Sauce, Coriander Chutney And Eat With Brown Bread Or White Bread.
