Green Chilly Pickle




How To Make Green Chilly Pickle


Cooking Time 30 Minutes


Ingredients :




- 250 Gm Green Chilly

- 3 Tsp Mustard Seeds

- 3 Tsp Methi Dana ( Fenugreek )

- 2 Tsp Salt

- 2 Tsp Lemon Juice

- 4 Tsp Fennel  (Saunf)

- 2 Tsp Hing ( Asafoetida )

- 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Kalongi

- 5 Tsp Oil

Method :

1. Take 250 Gm Green Chilly And Wash It Well 2 To 3 Times With Water. After Washing Green Chilly Cut Green Chilly In To Middle And Remove All Seeds From Green Chilly.

2. After Removing All Seeds From Green Chilly Take A Grinder Add 3 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 3 Tsp Methi Dana ( Fenugreek ),  4 Tsp Fennel  (Saunf) And Grind It Well And Make A Fine Mixture. After Making A Fine Mixture Transfer The Mixture In To The Plate.

3. After Transfer This Mixture In To The Bowl , Then Add 2 Tsp Salt,  2 Tsp Lemon Juice, 2 Tsp Hing ( Asafoetida ), 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Kalongi In The Grinded Mixture And Mix It Well.

4. After Mixing All The Above Ingredients Well. Take A Pan Add 5 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Then Off The Gas Flame And Cool Down The Oil And Mix The Half Of The Oil In To Mixture Which Is Made In Bowl.And Again Mix It Well.

5. After Mixing Half Of The Oil In The Mixture,  Then Fill This Filling In To Middle Of The Green Chilly And Make All These Green Chilly Like This. Then Take A  Glass Jar And Transfer These Green Chilly In To Jar Then Pour Remaining Oil On It .

6. After Adding Remaining Oil Cover This Jar In To Muslin Cloth And Keep This Pickle In Sunlight For 8 To 10 Days And Daily Move This Pickle With The Help Of Spoon In The Glass Jar. After 8 To 10 Days, Green Chilly Pickle Is Ready To Eat And Serve This Green Chilly Pickle With Hot Bread(Roti)


                      Yummy Green Chilly Pickle Is Ready To Eat With Pulav

Note: Keep This Green Chilly Pickle Into Refrigerator. And Always Take Out This Pickle With The Help Of Spoon.
