Healthy Pancakes


How To Make Healthy Pancake


Serving For 4 People

Cooking Time 30 Minutes




Ingredients :

For Batter :

- 1 Cup Poha

- 1 Cup Water

- 4 Tsp Suji (Semolina)

- 1 Grated  Onion

- 2 Green Chilly

- 1 Tsp Grated Cabbage

- 1 Tsp Grated Carrot

- 2 Tsp Pea

- 1 Finley Chopped Tomato

- 1 Tsp Grated  Green Capsicum

- 1 Tsp Grated  Yellow Capsicum

- 1 Tsp Grated  Red Capsicum

- 1 Tsp Black Pepper

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1 Cup Curd

- Finley Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1 Tsp Sweets Corn

- 2 Tsp Oil

For Topping :

- 1 Finley Chopped Onion

- 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Cabbage

- 1 Tsp Finley Chopped  Carrot

- 1 Tsp Pea

- 1 Finley Chopped Tomato

- 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Green Capsicum

- 1 Tsp Finley Chopped  Yellow Capsicum

- 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Red Capsicum

- 1 Tsp Sweets Corn

Serving :

- Tomato Sauce

Method :

1. Take 1 Cup Poha And Wash It Well After Washing Poha Add 1 Cup Water In The Poha And Soak It For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes Drain All The Water, After Draining Poha, Poha Becomes Soft.

2. When Poha Become Soft,Take A Blender Jar And Add Soaked Poha ,4 Tsp Suji (Semolina), 1 Cup Curd Grind It Well And Make A Smooth Paste. After Making Smooth Paste Take Out This Paste In To The Bowl.

3. In A Bowl Add 1 Grated  Onion, 2 Green Chilly,  1 Tsp Grated Cabbage, 1 Tsp Grated Carrot, 2 Tsp Pea, 1 Finley Chopped Tomato, 1 Tsp Grated  Green Capsicum. Mix All The Above Ingredients Well .

4. After Mixing All Ingredients Well And Add, 1 Tsp Grated  Yellow Capsicum, 1 Tsp Grated  Red Capsicum, 1 Tsp Black Pepper, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala,  Finley Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves, 1 Tsp Sweets Corn. Again Mix All The Ingredients Well .

5. After Mixing All The Ingredients Well Pancake Batter Is Ready . After Pancake Batter Get Ready, Take A Non Stick Pan And Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Take 1 Tsp Of Batter And Pour In To The Pan.

6. After Pouring Batter In The Pan, Add (Toppings )1 Finley Chopped Onion, 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Cabbage, 1 Tsp Finley Chopped  Carrot, 1 Tsp Pea, 1 Finley Chopped Tomato, 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Green Capsicum, 1 Tsp Finley Chopped  Yellow Capsicum, 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Red Capsicum, 1 Tsp Sweets Corn.

7. After Adding All The Above Toppings Press The Pancake Lightly And Cook Pancake From Both Sides Till Pancakes Become Golden Color. After Pancakes Become Golden Color Take Out This Pancake In To Serving Plate.

Serving :

Serve Healthy Pancake With Tomato Sauce
