Healthy Cheese Sandwich



How To Make Healthy Cheese Sandwich


Serving For 5 Peoples


Cooking Time 30 Minutes




Ingredients :

- 10 Pieces Brown Bread

- 1/4 Cup Finley Chopped Cabbage

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Cucumber

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Onion

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Carrot

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Green Capsicum

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Red Capsicum

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Yellow Capsicum

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Paneer

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Boiled Potato

- 2 Tsp Sweets Corn

- 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Chilly Flakes

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 5 Tsp Maionese

- 5 Tsp Greated  Mozzarella Cheese

- 4 Tsp Tomato Sauce

- 5 Tsp Low Fat Butter

Serving :

- Tomato Sauce

Method :

1. Take A Bowl Add 1/4 Cup Finley Chopped Cabbage, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Cucumber, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Onion, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Carrot, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Green Capsicum.

2. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Mix All The Ingredients Well , Then Add , 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Red Capsicum, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Yellow Capsicum,  2 Tsp Finley Chopped Paneer, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly.

3. Again Mix These All Ingredients Well, And After Mixing All The The Ingredients Well, Add 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Boiled Potato, 2 Tsp Sweets Corn, 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder.

4. Again Mix All Ingredients Well, Then Add , 1/2 Tsp Chilly Flakes,  Fresh Coriander Leaves, 5 Tsp Maionese. Mix It Well,After Mixing All The Above Ingredients Healthy Cheese Sandwich Filling Is Ready.

5. Take 10 Pieces Of Brown Bread And Cut Their Edges Of All The Breads. Now Take 5 Pieces Of Bread Spread And Spread 4 Tsp Tomato Sauce On It.

6. Spread Tomato Sauce Well Then Add 2 Tsp Of Filling On Bread And Spread It  With The Help Of Spoon Well .

7. After Spreading All Sandwich Filling Inside The Bread,  Then Add 5 Tsp Grated  Mozzarella Cheese Then Cover The Bread With Another Bread Slice On It. Make All Sandwich Like This And All Healthy Sandwiches Is Ready To Cook.

8. Now Take A Pan Add 5 Tsp Butter And Heat It. Once Butter Gets Hot Then Add Sandwich One By One On The Pan. And Cook All The Sandwich's One By One From Both The Sides Till Brown Bread Change Into Light Golden Color.

9. When Both Sides Of Sandwich Is Cooked And Changed Into Light Golden Color, Then Take Out This Sandwich In To The Serving Plate. And Healthy Cheese Sandwich Is Ready For Serving.

Serving :

Serve Healthy Cheese Sandwich With Tomato Sauce.

But Always Use Brown Bread To Make Sandwich Because Brown Bread Is Made Of Wheat Which Is Good For Health Instead Of White Bread.
