Kadai Paneer

How To Make Kadai Paneer


Serving 2 People

Cooking Time 15 Minutes


Ingredients :


- 100 gm Mashed Paneer

- 2 Onion

- 3 Tomatoes

- 4 Piece Garlic

- 2 Green Chilly

- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder

- Salt To Taste

- 2 tsp Cream

- 1 tsp Garam Masala

- 2 tsp Oil


Garnish :

- Fresh Mint Or Coriander Leaves

Method :

1. Take A Mixi Jar And Add 2 Onion, 4 Piece Garlic, 2 Green Chilly And Blend It And Make A Smooth Paste, After Making A Smooth Paste Take A Pan And Add 2 tsp Oil And Heat It.

2.Once Oil Gets Hot,  Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds And Cook It Till Golden Color When The Cumin Seeds Become Golden Color ,  Add Smooth Paste (Onion, Garlic, Green Chilly ) Which Made Above Inside The Pan, When You Add Paste Inside The Pan Cook This Paste Till Paste Become Golden Color.

3. Again Take A Mixi Jar And Add 3 Tomatoes And Blend It And Make A Smooth Pure, After Making Smooth Pure  Add This Pure In To The Above Mixture And Add 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder, Salt To  Taste.

4. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix It Well And Cook It For 5 Minutes After 5 Minutes,  Add Mashed Paneer, 2 tsp Cream, 1 tsp Garam Masala And Again Mix It Well And Cook The Mixture For 5 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas, After 5 Minutes Off Gas Flame And Kadai Paneer Is Ready To Garnish.


Garnish :

- Kadai Paneer Garnish With Fresh Mint Or Coriander Leaves. Serve The Delicious Kadai Paneer With Hot Bread Or Pulav.
