Dahi Bhalle



How To Make Dahi Bhalle

Serving For 4 People

Cooking Time 30 Minutes 


Ingredients :

- 1 Cup Urad Daal(Lentil)

- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

- 1 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)

- 1 Cup Water

- 2 Cup Oil

Garnish :

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

- 1/2 Kg Curd

- Tamarind Sauce (Chutney)

- Roasted Cumin Seeds

- Black Salt

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- Cashew Nuts

- Resin


Method :

1. Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Urad Daal (Lentil), In 1 Cup Water Soak It  For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour Take A Mixi Jar And Add Urad Daal (Lentil) And Blend It And Make A Thick Paste, After Making A Thick Paste, Take A Bowl And Add Urad Daal(Lentil) Paste, Salt To Taste, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, 1 Pinch Heeng (Asafoetida).

2. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Inside The Bowl And Beat The Mixture Well, After Beating The Mixture Properly ,  Make A Small Size Balls After Making Small Balls, Take A Pan And Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Fry Small Size Balls(Bhalle) In The Pan .



3. After Fry Bhalle Pour This Bhalle In To Cold Water For 15 Minutes, After 15 Minutes Take A Bowl And Add 1/2 kg Curd And Beat It Well, After Beating Curd , Take 1 To 2  Bhalle In The Bowl For Garnishing.

Garnish :

- In The Bowl In Which You Add Bhalle For Garnishing  Take That Bowl And Add  Beated Curd, Tamarind Sauce(Chutney), Roasted Cumin Seeds ,  Black Salt  And  Black Pepper, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala . You Can Also Garnish Dahi Bhalle With Sev, Coriander Leaves , Coriander Chutney, Resin, Cashew Nuts .
