How To Make Tri Colour Biryani

Cooking Time 30 MinutesIngredients :
- 100 gm Cabbage Julienne
- 1 Capsicum Julienne
- 1 Onion Julienne
- 50gm Finley Chopped Paneer
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Pinch Green Food Colour
- 1 Pinch Yellow Food Colour
- 1/2 Tsp Biryani Masala
- 2 Cup Cooked Rice
- 1 Tsp Oil
Note: If You Need To Add More Vegetables In Biryani You Can Add .
Garnish:
- Sliced Tomato
- Almonds
- Pomegranate
Method:
1. Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 100 gm Cabbage Julienne, 1 Capsicum Julienne, 1 Onion Julienne. After Add Above Ingredients Then Mix It Well And Sotey For 2 To 3 Minutes .
2. After Sotey All Ingredients Now Add 50gm Finley Chopped Paneer, Add Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Biyani Masala. And Mix All Ingredients Well. Then Add 2 Cup Cooked Rice.
3. Aftet Adding Cooked Rice Then Mix It Well And Divide This Biryani In To 3 Part.
After Divide 3 Parts Then Take A Cup Add 1 Tsp Water And 1 Pinch Green Food Color And Mix It Well.
4. Now Take Another Cup Add 1 Tsp Water And 1 Pinch Yellow Food Color And Mix It Well. Now Take 1 Part Of Briyani And Add The Green Food Color Which Made In Above And Mix It Well.
5. Now Again Take 2nd Part Of Briyani And Add The Yellow Food Color Which Made In Above And Mix It Well. Now Take A Bowl Add Green Part Of Biryani And Press It Well.
6. Then On The Top Of Green Colour Part Add White Color Part Of Biryani And Press It Well. Now The Top Of White Colour Part Add Yellow Color Part Of Biryani And Press It Well. Then Press The Whole Biryani In The Bowl.
7. Now Take A Plate And Turn The Biryani Bowl In The Plate. And Vegetable Tri Colour Biryani Is Ready To Garnish.
Garnish :
- Garnish Vegetable Tri Colour Biryani With Sliced Tomato, Almonds, Pomegranate .
