Ridged Gourd

How To Make Ridged Gourd ( Turai )


Serving 4 People

Cooking Time 20 -25 Minutes

Ingredients :

- 1 Kg Ridged Gourd( Turai )

- 2 Chopped Onion

- 2 Chopped Tomatoes

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 2 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method :

1. Take A Pressure Cooker Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Chopped Onion. Cook This Onion Become Golden Color.
After Onion Become Golden Color Then Add 2 Chopped Tomatoes, 1 Kg Ridged Gourd( Turai ), Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric             Powder, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder.

2. Mix It All Ingredients Well. After Mixing All Ingredients Well Now Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 2 Whistle. After 2 Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker Lid And Soak Complete Water Of Turai.

3. After Soak Complete Water From Turai Then  Mix It All Ingredients Well And Ridged Gourd ( Turai ) Transfer In To Serving Plate. Ridged Gourd ( Turai)  Is Ready.

Garnish :

- Garnish Ridged Gourd ( Turai ) With Fresh Coriander Leaves.
