How To Make Healthy Sprouts Chaat

Ingredients :
- 1 Cup Sprouts
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped And Boiled Potato
- 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly
- 4 To 5 Tsp Tamarind Water
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Chutney
- Salt To Taste
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Roasted Cumin Seeds
- 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
- 5 Cup Water
Garnish :
- Lemon Slice
Method :
1. First Of All, Soak 1 Cup Sprouts Over Night In 3 To 4 Cups In Normal Water.Next Morning Drain The Sprouts Water And Put It On 7 To 8 Hours In Air Tight Container. After 7 To 8 Hours, Take A Pan And Add Overnight Soaked Sprouts, 1 Cup Water And 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder And Cook It Till 2 To 3 Boils.After Boiling Sprouts, Cool Down The Sprouts.
2. After Cooling Sprouts,Take A Bowl Add Boiled Sprouts ,1 Chopped Tomato, 1 Chopped Onion, 1 Chopped & Boiled Potato, 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly. After Adding All The Above Ingredients , Mix It. After Mixing Once Add 4 To 5 Tsp Tamarind Water(Take Some Pieces Of Tamarind In The Bowl And Add Water And Mash It Properly, After Mashing Drain The Tamarind And Water,After Draining Take Out The Tamarind From The Bowl And The Water Left Is A Tamarind Water) , 1/2 Tsp Coriander Chutney, Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1/2 Roasted Cumin Seeds. And Again Mix It Properly. After Mixing Properly. Healthy Sprouts Chaat Is Ready To Serve.
