Potato Capsicum

How To Make Potato Capsicum


Serving For 4 People


Cooking Time 25 Minutes

Ingredients :


- 4 Chopped Green Capsicum ( You Can Also Add Red Capsicum And Yellow Capsicum )

- 3 To 4 Boiled Potatoes

- 3 Cup Water

- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds

- Salt To Taste

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 1 Tsp Oil


Garnish :

- Sliced Onion

Method :

1 . First Of All Take A Pressure Cooker Add 3 To 4 Potatoes And 3 Cup Water Then Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook This Potatoes  Till 2 Whistle .

2 . After 2 Whistle Open Pressure Cooker Lid And Drain All Water From It Now Peel This Potatoes And Chopped It. After Chopped Potatoes Then Take A Pan And Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It.

3 . Once Oil Gets Hot Then Add 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds , 4 Chopped Green Capsicum , 1 Boiled & Chopped Potatoes. Then Fry This Capsicum And Boiled Potatoes.

4 . After Fry These Capsicum And Potatoes Then Add  Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder. Now Add 2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder. And Mix It Well.

5 . After Mixing All The Ingredients Then Cook It For 2 To 3 Minutes. After 2 To 3 Minutes Off  The Gas Flame And  Potato Capsicum Is Ready To Garnish.

Garnish :

- Garnish Potato Capsicum With Sliced Onion.
