Soyabean Granules

How To Make Soyabean Granules

Serving 2 People


Ingredients :


- 1/2 Cup Soyabean Granules

- 3 To 4 Piece Garlic

- 1 Onion

- 4 Tomatoes

- 1 Green Chilly

- 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder

- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 2 tsp Coriander Powder

- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Cup Water

- 1 tsp Oil


Garnish :


- Garam Masala, Coriander Leaves, One Slice Onion


Method :

1. Take 1/2 Cup Soybean Granules And Pour This In Warm Water For 5 Minutes,Then Wash This Soyabean Granules In  Cool Water.

2. After Washing Soyabean Granules Transfer This SoyaBean Granules  In To  Cool Water , Take A Mixi Jar And Add 3 To 4 Piece Garlic, 1 Onion, 1 Green Chilly And Grind In To The Mixi And  Make A Smooth Paste.

3. After Making Smooth Paste, Take A Pressure Cooker Lid  And Add 1 tsp Oil And Heat It And Once Get Hot, Then Add The Smooth Paste (Which Made Above) And Roast It Till Paste Become Golden Color.

4. When The Paste Become Golden Color, Add 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds Then Again Take A Mixi Jar And Add 4 Tomatoes Blend It And Make A Smooth Pure, After Making Smooth Pure, Take This Pure In Pressure Cooker And Mix It Well.

5. After Adding Tomato Pure In The Pressure Cooker Lid,  Cook This Mixture For 1 To 2 Minutes, After 1 To 2 Minutes, Add 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 2 tsp Coriander Powder, Salt To Taste.

6. After Adding All The Above Masala,  Add Soyabean Granules And 1/2 Cup Water And Mix It Well, After Mixing All The Ingredients Well, Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 2 Whistle , After 2 Whistle,  Open Pressure Cooker Lid And Ready To Serve Soyabean Granules For Garnishing.


Garnishing :


- Soyabean Granules Garnish With Garam Masala, Coriander Leaves, One Onion Slice. Serve Soyabean Granules With Hot Bread (Roti).
