Black Eyed Beans (Chawli)

How To Make Chawli (Black Eyed Beans)

Serving For 4 People

Cooking Time : 30 Minutes

Ingredients :


- 1 Cup Chawli (Black Eyed Beans)

- 5 Onion

- 6 Tomatoes

- 2 Chopped Potatoes

- 4 Garlic Piece

- 2 Green Chilly

- Salt To Taste

- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

- 2 tsp Coriander Powder

- 1 Tsp Garam Masala

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 2 tsp Oil

- 3 Cup Water



Garnish :


- Garam Masala ,

-  Mint Leaves


Method :



1. Take 1 Cup Chawli And Soak Chawli In 2 Cup Water For 2 Hours. After 2 Hours, Boil Chawli And Pressure Cook Lid In 2 Whistle.

2. After 2 Whistle . Take A Mixi Jar Add 5 Onion, 4 Garlic Piece, 2 Green Chilly, And Grind It Well And Make A Smooth Paste After Making A Smooth Paste, Again  Take A  Pressure Cooker Lid And Add 2 tsp Oil And Heat It.

3. Once Oil Gets Hot, Add Smooth Paste Which Is Made Above , And Cook This Mixture Till Golden Color. When The Mixture Become Golden Color , Again Take A Mixi Jar And Add 6 Tomatoes And Make A Smooth Pure.

4. When The Tomato Pure Is Ready Pour This Tomato  Pure In To Pressure Cooker Lid After Adding Tomato Pure Inside The Pressure Cooker Lid , Add Salt To Taste, 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder , 2 tsp Coriander Powder, Fresh Coriander Leaves .

5.  After Adding All Masala And Cook This Mixture For 5 Minutes, After 5 Minutes  Add 2 Chopped Potatoes, Then Add 3 Cup Water And Mix It Well After Mixing All The Above Ingredients Well, Then Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 1 Whistle.

6. After 1 Whistle Open Cooker Lid And Add Boil Chawli And 1 Tsp Garam Masala And Pour This Recipe In Serving Plate For Garnishing.


Garnish :


- Garnish Chawli With Garam Masala , Mint Leaves, Green Chilly, Lemon Slice, Sliced Onion . Now Serve The Black Eyed Beans Chawali With Hot Bread
