Tasty Healthy Chinese Noodles

How To Make Healthy Vegetables Chinese Noodles

Serving 3-4 People


Ingredients :


- 250 gm  Noodles

- 2 Long Slice Onion

- 1 Long Slice Green Capsicum

- 1 Long Slice Yellow Capsicum

- 1 Long Slice Red  Capsicum

- 1 Long Slice Potato

- 1 Cup Long Slice Cabbage (Optional)

- 1 tsp Vinegar

- 2 tsp Soya Sauce

- 2 tsp Chilly Sauce

- 3 tsp Tomato Sauce

- One Pinch Ajinomoto

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder (Optional)

- 2 Cup Water

- 2 tsp Oil


Garnish :


- Tomato Sauce, Green Chilly, Lemon Slice


Method :

1. Take A Pan Add 250 gm  Noodles, 2 Cup Water And Boil It Well Till Noodles Become Soft. When Noodles Become Soft Then Transfer This Noodles In To Cold Water For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Drain All Water Then Add 2 Tsp Oil In The Noodles So That Noodles Can Not Stick. 

2. After Adding Oil In The Noodles Then Leave The Noodles For 10 Minutes.  After 10 Minutes   Take A Pan And Add 2 tsp Oil And Heat It , Once Oil Gets  Hot, Then Add 2 Long Slice Onion,1 Long Slice Green Capsicum, 1 Long Slice Yellow Capsicum, 1 Long Slice Red  Capsicum, 1 Long Slice Potato, 1 Cup Long Slice Cabbage And Mix It Well  After Mixing Add Salt To Taste Along With All The Above Vegetables.

3. After Adding All The Vegetables In Noodles, Cook This Mixture For 5 Minutes  In Slow Flame Of Gas After 5 Minutes Add One Pinch Ajinomoto, 1 tsp Vinegar And Cook It Well In Low Flame Of Gas For 2 Minutes.

4. After 2 Minutes , Add 2 tsp Soya Sauce, 2 tsp Chilly Sauce, 3 tsp Tomato Sauce Mix It Well And Cook It For 1 To 2 Minutes After 1 To 2 Minutes, Add 250 gm Boiled Noodles In The Mixture In Slow Flame Of Gas.

5. In The Slow Flame Of Gas, Mix It Well And Cook It And Leave It For 5 Minutes After 5 Minutes Off  The Gas Flame And Serve Noodles In Plate For Garnishing.

Garnish :


- Garnish Noodles With Tomato Sauce, Green Chilly, Lemon Slice.

Everyone Love Chinese But It Is Not Healthy So, This Recipe Is Chinese But It Is Made With Full Of Vegetables.
