Healthy Chola Chaat

How To Make Healthy Chola Chaat


Serving 2 People 


Ingredients :




- 1 Cup Over Night Soaked And Boiled Chola

- 1/2 Cup Over Night Soaked And Boiled Sprouts

- 2 tsp Jaggery Tamarind Chutney

- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Seed

- 1/2 tsp  Cumin Seed

- 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 tsp Oil



Garnish :

- 2 Tsp Peanuts

- 1 Tsp Pomegranate Seeds

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1 Onion (Finley Chopped)

- 1 Green Chilly (Finley Chopped)

- 1 tsp Coriander Chutney (Optional)

- 1 tsp Tomato Sauce

- 1 tsp Lemon Juice

- 1 Lemon Slice

- Mint Or Coriander Leaves



Method :



1.  Take A Pan And Add 1/2 tsp Oil And Heat It, Once Gets Hot, Add 1/2 tsp  Cumin Seed, And  Cook The Cumin Seed Till Cumin Seed Become Golden Color.

2. After Cumin Seeds Become Golden Color, Add 1 Cup Over Night Soaked And Boiled Chola, 1/2 Cup Over Night Soaked And Boiled Sprouts, And Mix It Well.

3. After Mixing All The Ingredients Well , Then Add 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala, Salt To Taste, 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin  Seed And Again Mix It Well And Off The Gas Flame.

4. And Add 1 tsp Tomato Sauce, 2 tsp Jaggery  Tamarind Chutney And Again Mix It Well And Healthy Chola Chart Is Ready To Serve.


Garnish :

Garnish Healthy Chola Chart With 2 Tsp Peanuts, 1 Tsp Pomegranate Seeds, Fresh Coriander Leaves  1 Onion (Finley Chopped), 1 Green Chilly (Finley Chopped) 1 tsp Lemon Juice, Mint Or Coriander Leaves, 1 Lemon Slice.
