How To Make Healthy Egg Bhurji In 10-15 Minutes.

Ingredients :
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Large Onion( Finley Chopped )
- 2 Tomatos( Finley Chopped )
- 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds
- Salt To Taste
- Black Salt To Taste
- Black Salt To Taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1 Tsp Fresh Cream
( If You Want To Add Fresh Cream In This Egg Bhurji You Can Add If You Dont Want To Add Dont Add It. It Is Optional )
- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1 Tsp Fresh Cream

- 4 To 5 Mint Leaves
- 1 tsp Oil
Garnish :
- 3 To 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 To 2 Lemon Slice
- 1 Green Chilly
- 1 Green Chilly
Method :
1. Take A Pan And Add 1 tsp Oil Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Then Add 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Cook It Till Cumin Seed Becomes Golden Color.
2. After Cumin Seed become Golden Color Then Add 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Large Onion( Finley Chopped ). Mix It Well And Cook This Mixture Till Mixture Become Half Golden Color.
3. When Mixture Become Golden Color Then Add 2 Tomatoes (Finley Chopped) And Cook This Mixture Till Whole Water Is Absorbed.
4. Then Add 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, 4 To 5 Mint Leaves, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt To Taste, Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds . Then Mix It Gravy Well.
5. Now Take A Bowl And Broke 2 Eggs In The Bowl And Beat It This Eggs Well. After Beat Eggs Pour This Eggs In To The Gravy And Mix This Gravy Well .
6. Now Cook This Egg Bhurji For 1/2 Minutes.Then off The Gas Flame And Healthy Egg Bhurji Is Ready To Serve In To The Serving Plate.
Garnishing :
1. In Serving Plate Transfer This Egg Bhurji And Garnish Egg Bhurji With 4 To 5 Mint Leaves And 1 To 2 Lemon Slice,1 Green Chilly .
