Golgappa Chaat



How To Make Golgappa(Pani Puri) Chaat


Cooking Time 20 To 30 Minutes

Serving 3 To 4 People




Ingredients For Making Golgappa :

- 1 Cup Wheat Flour

- 2 Tsp Suji ( Semolina )

- 1 Cup water

- 3 Cup Oil

Ingredients For Making Chaat Filling:

- 5 To 7 Boiled Potatoes

- Salt To Taste

- Green Coriander Chutney

- Red Chilly Powder

- Black Salt To Taste

- Roasted Cumin Seeds

- 2 Full Tsp Imli Chutney

Ingredients For Making Chaat:

- 6 To 7 Golgappa ( Pani Puri)

- Chaat Filling ( Mentioned Above)

- 2 To 3 Full Tsp Curd

- 2 To 3 Tsp Boondi

- 1 Tsp Sevpuri

Method For Making Golgappa(Pani Puri) :

1.´ First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Wheat Flour, 2 Tsp Suji ( Semolina ) After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing All The Above Ingredients Add 1 Cup Water, After Adding Water Again Mix All The Ingredients After Mixing Make A Tight Dough, After Making A Tight Dough Of Golgappa Rest The Dough For 1 Hour.

2.´ After 1 Hour, Make Small Balls Of Golgappa Dough, After Making Small Balls Of Dough Make A Small Size Golgappa. After Making Small Golgappa Take A Pan Add 3 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot, Fry The Golgappa From Both Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color.

3. Once Both Sides Become Golden Color Take Out The Golgappa In The Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil Get Easily Removed In Golgappa After Taking Out Cool Down The Golgappa For 1/2 Hour, After 1/2 Hour Golgappa Is Ready.

Methods For Making Chaat Filling:

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 5 To 7 Boiled Potatoes After Adding Potatoes Add Salt To Taste, Green Coriander Chutney, Red Chilly Powder, Black Salt To Taste, Roasted Cumin Seeds, 2 Full Tsp Imli Chutney After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mash All The Ingredients Properly.

2.  After Mashing Again Mix All The Above Ingredients Properly After Mixing Taste The Filling If You Think Some Ingredients Are Less You Add According To You Need After This Golgappa Chaat Filling Is Ready.

Method For Making Golgappa Chaat:

1. After Making Chaat Filling, Take A Serving Plate Add 5 To 7 Maked Golgappa Or Market Maked Golgappa ( As You Wish) After Taking Make A Small Holes In Middle Of The Golgappa’s After Making Holes Add Chaat Filling In The Golgappa.

2. After Adding Chaat Filling In Golgappa’s Add 2 To 3 Tsp Thin Curd, 2 To 3 Tsp Spreading Boondi And 1 Tsp Spreading Sevpuri After Adding All The Above Ingredients Golgappa Chaat Is Ready To Eat.

Note: How To Make Thin Curd:

A. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 2 To 3 Tsp Curd, Salt To Taste After Adding Above Ingredients In Bowl Mix The Ingredients Properly With The The Help Of Spoon Thin Curd Is Ready.
