- 5 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
- 1 Tsp Boiled Peas
- 1 Tsp Boiled Sprouts
- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly
- 1/2 Tsp Fennel
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 8 Wheat Bread Slice Or Brown Bread Slice
- 2 Cup Oil For Frying Bread Roll
Garnish :
- Tomato Sauce,
- Coriander Chutney
- Chaat Masala
Method Of Making Bread Roll:
Method For Making Bread Roll Filling :
1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 5 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes, 1/2 Tsp Fennel, 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Add Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala After Adding All The Listed Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Well With The Help Of Spoon.
2. After Mixing The Ingredients Properly, Add 1 Tsp Boiled Peas, 1 Tsp Boiled Sprouts In The Bread Roll Mixture. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing Bread Roll Mixture Is Ready.
3. After Making Bread Roll Mixture Take Another Bowl Add 1 Cup Water After Adding Water In The Bowl Take One White Bread Or Brown Bread Slice After Taking Bread Slice Carefully Dip The Bread Slice In That Water. After Dipping Bread In The Water Press The Bread So That All The Water In Bread Gets Removed After Pressing Properly Add 1 Tsp Mixture In Middle Of The Dipped And Pressed Bread.
4. After Adding Mixture In The Middle Carefully Cover The Bread From All The Sides. After Cover Properly Make All Other Bread Roll Like This. After Making All The Bread Rolls, Bread Roll Is Ready For Frying. Remember That As Soon As You Dipped Bread Slice In Water Take Out Immediately Otherwise Bread Slice Will Get Into Many Pieces.
Method For Frying Bread Rolls:
1. After Making All The Bread Rolls Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add One By One Bread Rolls In The Oil After Adding Bread Rolls, Fry The Bread Rolls Carefully From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Of Bread Rolls Become Golden Color Once Both Sides Of Bread Roll Become Golden Color Take Out The Bread Roll In Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil Should Get Removed From Bread Roll Once Excess Oil Get Removed Bread Rolls Is Ready For Garnishing And Serving.
Garnish :
Garnish Bread Roll With Chaat Masala And Serve The Bread Rolls With Tomato Sauce, Coriander Chutney.
