How To Make Till Gur Ladoo

Ingredients For Making Til Gur Ladoo:
- 200 Gm Sesame Seeds (Til)
- 200 Gm Jaggery (Gur)
- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Cashew
- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Almonds
- 1/2 Tsp Cardamon Powder
- 2 Tsp Ghee
Garnishing:
- Rose Petals
Method For Making Til Gur Ladoo:
1. First Of All, Take 200 Gm Sesame Seeds (Til) In A Bowl After Taking Clean It Properly. After Cleaning Sesame Seeds Take A Pan Add Cleaned Sesame Seeds In The Pan After Adding Sesame Seeds Cook The Sesame Seeds Continuously In Low Flame Of Gas Till Sesame Seeds Become Light Golden Color. Once Sesame Seeds Become Golden Color Take Out The Cooked And Golden Color Sesame Seeds In Plate.
2. After Taking Out Sesame Seeds In Plate Again Take The Same Pan Add 2 Tsp Ghee In The Pan And Heat It. Once Ghee Gets Hot Add 200 Gm Jaggery In The Pan After Adding Jaggery Cook The Jaggery Continuously In Low Flame Of Gas Till Jaggery Properly Melts. Once Jaggery Properly Melts Add 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Cashew, 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Almonds, 1/2 Tsp Cardamon Powder In The Jaggery Mixture.
3. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing All The Ingredients Add Cleaned Roasted Sesame Seeds In The Jaggery Mixture. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly In Low Flame Of Gas. After Mixing Take Out The Jaggery Sesame Mixture In The Serving Plate.
4. After Taking Out Jaggery Sesame Mixture In The Plate Make Carefully Make Small Small Ladoo Shape Of That Mixture. After Making Small Small Ladoo Shape Make Other Ladoo Of Remaining Mixture, After Making Ladoos Leave The Ladoo For 30 To 40 Minutes Till Ladoo Become Cool. After 30 To 40 Minutes Til Gur Ladoo Is Ready To Eat. Remember That You Make Ladoo In Immediately When Mixture Is Hot, Because Once Mixture Cools Down It Will Become Very
Difficult To Bind Ladoo.
