How To Make Pakwaan Chaat

Ingredients For Making Pakwaan:
- 2 Cups Maida Flour
- 1/2 Cup Semolina (Suji)
- 1/2 Tsp Ajwain
- Salt To Taste
- 2 Tsp Oil
- Water (As Much As Required To Make Smooth Dough)
Ingredients For Making Pakwaan Chaat:
- 2 To 3 Fried Pakwaan
- 2 Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
- 2 Finely Chopped Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Black Salt To Taste
- 2 Tsp Tamarind Jaggery Chutney
- 1 Tsp Coriander Chutney
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- One Pinch Roasted Cumin Seeds
- 2 Tsp Sev Daal
Garnish:
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Sev (Namkeen)
Method:
Method For Making Pakwaan:
1. Take A Bowl Add 2 Cups Maida Flour, 1/2 Cup Semolina (Suji), 1/2 Tsp Ajwain, Salt To Taste, 2 Tsp Oil, Water (As Much As Required To Make Smooth Dough), After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly .
2. After Mixing Making A Dough. After Making Dough Rest The Dough For 1/2 Hour. After 1/2 Hour, Make Small Balls Of That Dough After Making Small Balls Make Round Shape Pakwaan’s After Making Roumd Shape Pakwaan Make All Other Pakwaan Like This.
3. After Making All The Pawaan Take A Pan And Add 2 Cups Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot, Add One By One Maded Pakwaan In The Hoted Oil After Adding Pakwaan Fry The Maded Pakwaan Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. Once Both Sides Become Golden Color Take Out The Pakwaan In The Tissue Paper To Remove Excess Oil. After Removing Excess Pakwaan Is Ready For Chaat.After Making All The Pakwaan Leave The Pakwaan For 15 To 20 Minutes Till All Pakwaan’s Become Cold.
Method For Making Pakwaan Chaat:
1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 2 To 3 Fried , Maded And Cool Pakwaan In The Bowl After Adding Pakwaan In The Bowl Properly Smashed All The Pakwaan With The Help Of Spoon. After Smashing Pakwaan In The Bowl Add 2 Finely Chopped Onion, 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Finely Chopped Boiled Potatoes, 1 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves.
2. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Properly With The Help Of Spoon After Mixing All The Ingredients Add Black Salt To Taste, 2 Tsp Tamarind Jaggery Chutney, 1 Tsp Coriander Chutney, 1 Tsp Lemon Juice 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, One Pinch Roasted Cumin Seeds, 2 Tsp Sev Daal After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing Pakwaan Chaat Is Ready For Garnishing.
Garnishing:
After Making Pakwaan Chaat Take Out The Pakwaan Chaat In Serving Plate After Taking Out Add Fresh Coriander Leaves And Sev (Namkeen).
