How To Make Malai Matar Recipe

Ingredients For Making Malai Matar:
- 2 Tsp Malai
- 250 Gm Matar (Peas)
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
- 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
- Salt To Taste
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
- One Pinch Garam Masala (Optional)
- 1 Tsp Oil
Garnish:
- Fresh Coriander Or Mint Leaves
Method:
1. First Of All, Take A Pressure Cooker After Taking Add 250 Gm Peas (Matar) , Salt To Taste, 1 Cup Water After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker Cook The Ingredients Till One Whistle. After One Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker Lid And Check The Peas That Inside Peas Is Properly Boiled Or Not. If Not Cook It For More 1 Whistle. After One Whistle Take Out The Boiled Peas In The Bowl After Draining Water.
2. After Taking Out Boiled Peas In The Bowl Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Finely Chopped Onion,1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly In The Oil After Adding Onion Cook Onion Till Onion Become Light Golden Color.
3. Once Onion Become Golden Color Add 1 Finely Chopped Tomato, Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Cook All The Ingredients Till Tomato Become Soft.
4. Once Tomato Become Soft Add 2 Tsp Malai , 250 Gm Boiled Matar (Peas) After Adding All The Ingredients In The Pan Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing Properly Cook All The Ingredients Till Recipe Properly Comes The Oil. Once Recipe Comes To Oil Again Mix All The Ingredients After Mixing All The Ingredients Take Out The Excess Oil From The Recipe.
5. After Removing Excess Oil From The Recipe Add One Pinch Garam Masala (Optional) In The Recipe. After Adding Garam Masala Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Take Out The Recipe In The Serving Bowl. After Taking Out Malai Matar Recipe Is Ready For Garnishing.

All The Above Listed Or Needed Ingredients Which Are Used To Make Malai Matar Recipe Are Easily Available At Home And Can Make It In Home With Least Amount Of Time. You Can Only Add Low Amount Of Oil In The Recipe Because After Adding Malai In The Recipe Malai Start Leaving Oil In The Recipe.
Although, the recipe seems quite simple, I still can not imagine the combination of all these products. Anyway, I won't know, until I try.
