Healthy Mushroom



How To Make Healthy Mashroom


Cooking Time: 15 Minutes


Serving For 4 People




Ingredients :

- 250 Gm Finely Chopped Mashroom

- 4 Chopped Onion

- 3 Chopped Tomatoes

- 2 Chopped Green Chilly

- 4 Piece Garlic

- 1 Piece Ginger

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- 2 Tsp Curd (Optional)

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 2 Cup Water

- 2 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- Wheat Flour Bread

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Blender Jar Add 4 Onion, 2 Green Chilly, 4 Piece Garlic, 1 Piece Ginger After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Blender Jar Blend It Properly, After Blending Make A Smooth Pure. After Making Smooth Pure, Take A Another Blender Jar Add 3 Chopped Tomatoes After Adding Tomatoes In Blender Jar Blend It Properly After Blending Make A Smooth Pure.

2. After Making Smooth Paste And Smooth Tomato Pure Take A Pressure Cooker Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It . Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds, Onion - Garlic Paste After Adding Both Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker Cook It Till Onion Become Golden Color.

3.Once Onion Become Golden Color Add Tomato Pure, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder,  1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 250 Gm Finely Chopped Mashroom, After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker Cook All The Ingredients For 10 Minutes.

4, After 10 Minutes Add 2 Tsp Curd(Optional) In The Pressure Cooker After Adding Curd In The Cooker Cook The Ingredients For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Add 2 Cup Water In The Cooker. After Adding Water Mix All The Ingredients Well After Mixing Properly Cover The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 1 Whistle.

5. After One Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker Lid Add 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala, Fresh Coriander Leaves In The Recipe After Adding Garam Masala And Coriander Leaves Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing. Mashroom Recipe Is Ready To Serve With Wheat Flour Bread.

Garnish :
- Garnish Mashroom With Fresh Coriander Leaves.
