Raw Mango Chutney



How To Make Raw Mango Chutney


Serving 3 To 4 People


Making Time 10 Minutes




Ingredients For Making Raw Mango Chutney:

- 1 Or 2 Chopped Raw Mango (Kacchi Kairi)

- 2 Chopped Onion

- 1 Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Cup Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves

- 1 Cup Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

Garnishing:

- Fresh Mint Leaves

Method For Making Raw Mango Chutney:

1. First Of All, Take 1 Or 2 Raw Mango (Kacchi Kairi) After Taking Raw Mango Wash The Raw Mango 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water After Washing Raw Mango Properly Peel Of The Skin Of Raw Mango. After Peeling Off Raw Mango Skin Finely Chopped The Raw Mango.

2. After Finely Chopping Raw Mango Take A Blender Jar Add 1 Or 2 Finely Chopped Washed Raw Mango (Kacchi Kairi) , 2 Chopped Onion, 1 Chopped Green Chilly,  1 Cup Chopped Mint Leaves, 1 Cup Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Blender Jar Blend All The Ingredients Properly.

3. After Blending All The Ingredients Properly Take Out The Blended Mixture In The Bowl After Taking Out Add Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder After Adding Salt And Red Chilly Powder Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing All The Ingredients Properly Raw Mango Chutney Is Ready To Serve With Any Recipe.

Garnishing:

Garnish The Raw Mango Chutney With Fresh Coriander Leaves Or Mint Leaves.
