Dum Aloo Recipe



How To Make Dum Aloo Recipe


Serving 2 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients:

- 2 To 3 Baby Potatoes

- 2 To 3 Tomatoes

- 1 Tsp Green Garlic Or Garlic Pieces

- 2 Finely Chopped Onion

- 1 Green Chilly

- 1 Tsp Fennel

- 1/4 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 2 To 3 Cups Water

- 1 Tsp Fresh Cream

- 2 Tsp Oil

Serving :

- Wheat Flour Bread

- Red Carrot Pickle

Method For Making Dum Aloo Recipe:

1. First Of All, Take A Pressure Cooker Add 1 Cups Water, Salt To Taste,  And 2 To 3 Baby Potatoes After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker Close The Pressure Cooker Lid After Closing Cook The Ingredients Till 1 To 2 Whistle. After 1 To 2 Whistle Close The Gas Flame. After Closing Gas Flame Take Out The Boiled Baby Potatoes In Bowl After Draining Water.

2. After Taking Out Baby Potatoes, Take A Blender Jar Add Take A Blender Jar Add 1 Tsp Green Garlic Or Garlic Pieces, 2 Finely Chopped Onion, 1 Green Chilly, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Blend It Properly And Make A Thick Paste. After Making Thick Paste, Take Another Blender Jar Add 2 To 3 Tomatoes And Blend It And Make A Smooth Pure. After Making Smooth Pure Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It.

3. Once Oil Gets Hot Add Onion-Garlic Paste After Adding Onion Paste In The Pan Cook The Paste Till Paste Become Golden Color Once Paste Become Golden Color Add 1 Tsp Fennel, 1/4 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds, Tomatoes Pure After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly.

4. After Mixing Add Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing Cook All The Ingredients Properly Till All The Mixture Comes To Oil.

5. Once Mixture Comes To Oil, Add Boiled Baby Potatoes, 1 Tsp Fresh Cream In The Pan. After Adding Potatoes And Cream Again Mix It Properly After Mixing Add Required Amount Of Water According To Make Recipe Thick Or Thin. After Adding Water Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing Cover The Pan Lid And Cook The Ingredients For 5 To 10 Minutes. After 5 To 10 Minutes Close The Gas Flame. After Close Dum Aloo Recipe Is Ready To Serve.
