How To Make Vegetable Aloo Tikki

Ingredients :
- 5 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
- 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly
- 1 Finley Chopped Capsicum (Red, Green And Yellow)
- 2 Finley Chopped Onions
- 6 Tsp Boiled Sprouts
- 1 Finely Chopped Carrot
- 2 Tsp Boiled And Mashed Peas
- 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
- Salt To Taste
- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 6 Tsp Cornflour
- 2 Cup Oil
Serving :
- Tomato Sauce Or Raw Mango Chutney
Method:
1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 5 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes, 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 1 Finley Chopped Capsicum (Red, Green And Yellow), 2 Finley Chopped Onions After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Properly.
2. After Mixing 6 Tsp Boiled And Mashed Sprouts, 1 Finely Chopped Carrot, 2 Tsp Boiled And Mashed Peas, 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves, 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, Salt To Taste After Adding Above Ingredients In The Bowl Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly.
3. After Mixing All The Ingredients Properly Add 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 6 Tsp Cornflour After Adding Above Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly With The Help Of Spoon. After Mixing Above Ingredients Make A Small Ball Shape ( Tikki ). After Making Small Balls Of Tikki Slightly Press The Balls. After Pressing Vegetable Aloo Tikki Is Ready For Frying.
Method For Frying Aloo Tikki:
1. Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It . Once Oil Gets Hot Add Small Shape Aloo Tikki One By One In The Oil.After Adding Small Shape Aloo Tikki In The Hot Oil Cook The Vegetable Aloo Tikki From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color.
2. Once Vegetables Aloo Tikki Become Golden Color Take Out The Vegetable Aloo Tikki In The Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil In The Tikki Gets Removed And After Removing Oil, Vegetables Aloo Tikki Are Ready To Serve.
Serving :
Serve The Vegetable Aloo Tikki With Tomato Sauce , Raw Mango Chutney Or Coriander Chutney.

Also Cornflour Is Used To Bind Aloo Tikki And If Required Amount Of Cornflour Which Is Used To Bind Tikka Is Not Enough You Can Increase Or Decrease Its Quantity According To Your Need Of Binding.
