Mangodi Recipe



How To Make Mangodi Recipe


Cooking Time 15 To 20 Minutes


Serving For 2 People




Ingredients :

- 50 Gm Mangodi ( Vadi )

- 2 Chopped Onion

- 4 To 5 Garlic Pieces

- 2 Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Piece Ginger

- 4 Tomatoes

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 2 Cup Water

- 1 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Bay Leaf

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- Garam Masala

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Blender Jar Add 2 Chopped Onion, 4 To 5 Garlic Pieces, 2 Green Chilly, 1 Piece Ginger. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Blender Jar Blend It, After Blending Make A Smooth Paste. After Making Smooth Paste Of Onion- Ginger, Take  Another Blender Jar Add 4 Chopped Tomatoes After Adding Tomatoes In The Jar Blend It Properly, After Blending
Make A Smooth Pure Of Tomatoes.

2. After Making Smooth Paste And Tomatoes Pure Take A Pressure Cooker  Add  1 Tsp Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Add Onion- Ginger Paste In The Pressure Cooker After Adding Onion - Ginger Paste Cook The Above Paste Till Paste Become Golden Color.

3. Once Paste Become Golden Color Add Tomatoes Pure, Salt To Taste, 1 Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Add 50 Gm Mangodi ( Vadi ). After Adding Mangodi In The Pressure Cooker Cook All The Ingredients For 10 Minutes.

4. After 10 Minutes, Add 2 Cup Water In The Pressure Cooker After Adding Water Cover The Pressure Cooker Lid, After Covering Pressure Cooker Lid Cook The Ingredients Till 3 Whistle After 3 Whistle Leave The Recipe For 5 Minutes, After 5 Minutes Open The Pressure Cooker Lid After Opening Cooker Lid Serve The Mangodi Recipe In Serving Plate For Garnishing After Serving Mangodi Recipe Is Ready For Garnishing.

Garnish :
Garnish Mangodi With Bay Leaf, Fresh Coriander Leaves , 1 Tsp Garam Masala.
