Healthy Chilly Paneer



How To Make Healthy Chilly Paneer


Preparation Time 30 Minutes


Serving 2 People




Ingredients :

- 250 Gm Low Fat Diced Paneer

- 1 Cup Maida Flour

- 4 Finely Diced Capsicum

- 4 Finely Diced Onion

- 1 Tsp Ajinomoto

- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce

- 2 Tsp Chilly Sauce

- 2 Tsp Tomato Sauce

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Cup Water

- 2 Cup Oil

Garnish :

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Maida Flour, Salt To Taste, 1 Cup Water. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Well, After Mixing Make A Smooth Paste. After Making Smooth Paste Of Maida Flour Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Dip 250 Gm Low Fat Diced Paneer In To The Maida Flour Batter(Which Made Above).

2. Once Oil Gets Properly Hot Add Flour Coated Diced Paneer On The Oil After Adding Coated Diced Paneer In The Hot Oil Cook Or Fry It Till Both Sides Of Paneer Become Golden Color. Once Panner Become Golden Take Out The Paneer In To Plate. After Taking Out Fried Panner In To The Plate Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil  And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Add 4 Finely Diced Capsicum, 4 Finely Diced Onion.

3. After Adding Capsicum And Onion Sotay Both The Ingredients For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes, Add 1 Tsp Ajinomoto, 1 Tsp Soya Sauce, 2 Tsp Chilly Sauce, 2 Tsp Tomato Sauce. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing Add Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, Fried Paneer. Again After Adding All The Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Cook All The Ingredients For 10 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas. After 10 Minutes Take Out The Healthy Chilly Paneer In To The Serving Plate. After Taking Out Healthy Chilly Paneer Is Ready For Garnishing.

Garnish :
- Garnish Healthy Chilly Paneer With Fresh Coriander Leaves.
