Chola Bhature



How To Make Chola Bhature


Serving For 4 People


Cooking Time 30 Minutes




Ingredients :

Ingredients For Making Chola :

- 1 Cup Kabuli Chola (  Chick Pea )

- 4 To 5 Garlic Pieces

- 1 Piece Ginger

- 2 Green Chilly

- 3 Finley Chopped Onion

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 10 Gm Tamarind Soaked In Water

- 2 Boiled Potatoes

- 1 Finley Chopped Tomatoes

- 2 Tsp Tea Leaf

- 1 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1 Tsp Chola Masala

- 3 Cup Water

- 1 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Making Bhatura :

- 2 Cup Maida Flour

- Salt To Taste

- 4 Tsp Curd

- 2 Tsp Oil

- 1 Cup Water

Ingredients For Frying Bhatura:

- 2 Cup Oil

Serving :

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- Sliced Onion

- Sliced Lemon

- Pickle

Method For Making Chola Bhature:

Method For Making Chole:

1. First Of All, Take 1 Cup Kabuli Chole In A Bowl After Taking Chole Soak 1 Cup Kabuli Chola In Water For 8 To 10 Hour. After 8 To 10 Hour Take A Muslin Cloth Add 2 Tsp Tea Leaf, After Adding Tea Leaf In Muslin Cloth Make A Knot. After Making Knot Of Tea Leaf Take A Pressure Cooker Add Soaked 1 Cup Kabuli Chana, Muslin Cloth Of Tea Knot, 3 Cup Water . After Adding All
The Above Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker Cook The Ingredients Till 3 Whistle.

2. After 3 Whistle Separate The Chola And Water. After Seprating Chola And Water Take 2 Boiled Potatoes, 2 Tsp Boiled Chola After Taking Potatoes And Chola Mashed Both Ingredients Properly. After Mashing Take A Grinder Add  4 To 5 Garlic Pieces, 1 Piece Ginger, 2 Green Chilly. After Adding All The Ingredients In Blender Jar Blend It Properly After Blending Make A Smooth Paste.

3. After Making Smooth Paste Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It .Once Oil Gets Hot Add 3 Finley Chopped Onion, Green Chilly- Ginger Paste. After Adding Ingredients In Pan Cook It Till Ingredients Become Golden Color.Once Ingredients Become Golden Color Add Boiled Chola, Mashed Potatoes And Chola, 1 Finley Chopped Tomato, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder.

4. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Add 1 Tsp Garam Masala,1 Tsp Chola Masala. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Well . After Mixing All The Ingredients Add All Drained Water Which Is Drained From Chola Above. After Adding Drained Chola Water Cook It For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes Add 10 Gm Tamarind Water. After Adding Tamarind Water Mix All The Ingredients Well After Mixing Chola Is Ready For Garnishing.Garnish Chola With Fresh Coriander Leaves.

Method For Making  Bhatura :

1. After Making Chola, Take A Bowl Add 2 Cup Maida Flour, Salt To Taste, 4 Tsp Curd, 2 Tsp Oil, 1 Cup Water. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In A Bowl Make A Thick Dough. After Making Thick Dough Rest The Bhatura Dough For 4 To 5 Hour. After 4 To 5 Hour Make A Small Balls Of The Bhature Dough.

2. After Making Small Balls Of Dough, Take One Ball, Dip In The Maida Flour After Dipping Roll The Ball , After Rolling Make A Round Bhatura Shape. After Making Round Bhatura Shape Make Another Bhatura Like Above. After Making All The Above Bhatura, Bhatura Is Ready For Frying.

Method For Frying Bhatura:

1. After Making All The Bhatura Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Fry The Bhatura One By One From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Light Golden Color. Once Both Sides Become Light Golden Color Take Out The Bhatura On Tissue Paper To Remove Extra Oil . After Removing Excess Oil From Bhatura Bhatura Is Ready To Eat With Chola.

Serve :
- Serve Chole Bhatura With Sliced Onion, Sliced Lemon,  Mango Pickle.
