Pav Bhaji


How To Make Pav Bhaji


Cooking Time 30 To 35 Minutes


Serving For 4 People




Ingredients :

- 200 Gm Finely Chopped Cabbage

- 100 Gm Finely Chopped Cauliflower

- 100 Gm Dicely Chopped Carrot

- 2 Dicely Chopped Onions

- 2 Dicely Chopped Potatoes

- 1 Cup Pea

- 2 Finely Chopped Capsicum

- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly

- 3 Chopped Tomatoes

- 6 Pieces Garlic

- 1 Piece Ginger (Optional)

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1 Tsp Paav Bhaji Masala

- 3 Tsp Oil

- 4 Cup Water

Garnish :

- Roated Pav

- Green Chilly

- Lemon Slice

- Butter

- Finley Chopped Onion

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Pressure Cooker Add 200 Gm Finely Chopped Cabbage, 100 Gm Finely Chopped Cauliflower, 100 Gm Dicely Chopped Carrot, 2 Dicely Chopped Onions. After Adding All The Ingredients On Pressure Cooker, Add 2 Dicely Chopped Potatoes, 2 Dicely Chopped Capsicum, 2 Chopped Green Chilly,  1 Cup Peas, 4 Cup Water ,After Adding All The Above Vegetables In The Pressure Cooker, Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook The Vegetables Till 3 Whistle.

2. After 3 Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker Lid And Mashed All The Boiled Vegetables With The Help Of Masher After Mashing All The Boiled Vegetables Properly, Take A Blender Jar Add 3 Chopped Tomatoes After Adding Tomatoes Blend It Properly And Make A Smooth Pure.

3. After Making A Smooth Pure, Take A Pan Add 3 Tsp Oil And Heat It .Once Oil Gets Hot Add 6 Finely Chopped Pieces Garlic,1 Piece Ginger(Optional), After Adding Garlic, Ginger, Cook It Till All Garlic Becomes Golden Color, Once Garlic Becomes Golden Color, Add Tomatoes Smooth Pure After Adding Pure Leave It For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Add All Boiled And Mashed Vegetable. After Adding All The Mashed Vegetables In The Pan Add Salt To Taste, 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Garam Masala, 1 Tsp Paav Bhaji Masala. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Mix It All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing All The Ingredients Leave The Mixture For 15 Minutes. After 15 Minutes  Close The Pan Lid And Again Cook It For 5 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas. After 5 Minutes Bhaji Is Ready To Serve.

Method For Roasting Pav :
1. After Making Bhaji Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil Add Cut The Pav In The Middle After Cutting Pav, Add The Cutted Pav In The Pan And Roast The Pav Both From Both The Sides. After Roasting Pav Is Ready To Eat With Bhaji.

Garnish :
Garnish Pav Bhaji With Green Chilly, Lemon Slice, Butter, Finley Chopped Onion.
