Aloo Paratha


How To Make Aloo Paratha


Serving For 2 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients For Aloo Paratha Filling:

- 4 Boiled Potatoes

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chillies

- 2 Finely Chopped Onion

- Finely Chopped Mint Leaves

- Finely Chopped Green Coriander Leaves

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

Ingredients For Wheat Flour Bread:

- 2 Cups Wheat Flour

- Water (As Much As Required)

- 1/2 Tsp Oil

Garnish:

- Low Fat Curd

- Pinch Of Red Chilly Powder

- Pinch Of Roasted Cumin Seeds(Optional)

Method :

Making Of Aloo Paratha Filling:

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 4 Boiled Potatoes After Taking Boiled Potatoes Properly, Mashed The Potatoes With Help Of Spoon. After Mashing Potatoes With The Help Of Spoon, Add 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Finely Chopped Onion, Finely Chopped Mint Leaves, Finely Chopped Green Coriander Leaves, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Add Salt To Taste, 1
Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder After Adding All The Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly So That All The Ingredients Mix With Boiled Potatoes. After Mixing Aloo Paratha Filling Is Ready.

Making Of Wheat Flour Bread:

1. After Making Aloo Paratha Filling, Take A Bowl Add 2 Cup Wheat Flour Slowly Slowly Add Water As Much As Required For Making A Dough. After Adding Water Mix It Properly And  Make A Dough. After Making A Dough Rest The Dough For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes Make A Small Balls Of The Rested Dough. After Making Balls Of The Dough, Take One Of The Small Balls And
Roll It. After Rolling Fill The Aloo Paratha Mixture In Middle Of The Roll , After Filling The Aloo Mixture Inside The Paratha. Again Roll It And Make A Round Shape Chapati.

2. After Making A Round Shape Chapati Take A Pan, And Heat Once Pan Gets Heat Add Paratha , And Cook The Paratha From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color Once Both Start Becoming Golden Color Add Oil From Both The Sides Of Paratha And Again Cook It Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. Once Both Sides Become Golden Color, Aloo Paratha Is Ready To Serve.

Garnish:
Serve Or Garnish The Aloo Paratha With Low Fat Curd , Red Chilly Powder And Roasted Cumin Seeds Or Coriander Chutney.
