Jaipuri Style Rice Daal


How To Make Jaipuri Style Daal Rice


Serving 2 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients:

Ingredients For Rice :

- 2 Cup White Rice

- 4 Cup Water

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Daal:

- 1/2 Cup Yellow Gram (Moong Daal)

- 1 Cup Water

- 1 Green Chilly

- 1 Finely Chopped Tomato

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

For Daal Tampering :

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- 1 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Sliced Onion

- Sliced Tomato

- Papad (Papadum)

- Pomegranate

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method :

For Rice :

1. First Of All, Take 2 Cups Rice And Wash It 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water After Washing The Rice Soak 2 Cup Rice In 4 Cup Water For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It.Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Cup Rice Along With Soaked 4 Cup Water, Salt To Taste. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Cook The Rice For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes Rice Started
Getting Boiled And When Rice Stops Boiling Close The Pan Lid And Left It For 5 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas. After 5 Minutes Check The Rice Once And If Rice Properly Cook Close The Gas Flame, And If Not Cook It For More 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes, Close The Gas Flame And Delicious Rice Is Ready To Serve For Daal..

Method For Making Daal :

1. First Of All, Soak 1/2 Cup Moong Daal In 2 Cup Water For 5 To 6 Hours After 5 To 6 Hours Take A Pressure Cooker Add 1/2 Cup Moong Daal, 1/2  Cup Water, 1 Finely Chopped Tomoto, 1 Green Chilly, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Cook It Till 2 Whistle.After 2 Whistle Open Cooker Lid Add Salt To Taste, 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder. After Adding All
The Above Ingredients Mash The Ingredients With The Help Of Masher, After Mashing All The Ingredients Properly Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Cook It Till 2 Boils After 2 Boil Off The Gas Flame. And Delicious Daal Is Ready For Tampering.

For Making Daal Tampering :

1. Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds. After Adding Oil And Cumin Seeds Cook It Till Cumin Seeds Become Golden. Once Cumin Seeds Become Golden Color Off The Gas Flame. After Offing Gas Flame Pour The Maded Tampering In To Daal. After Adding Mix The Daal Well. After Mixing Yellow Gram (Moong Daal) Is Ready To Serve.

 Garnish:
Now, Garnish The Daal Rice With Sliced Onion, Sliced Tomato, Papad (Papadum), Pomegranate, Fresh Coriander Leaves.
