Cutlets

How To Make Cutlets


Serving For 5 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients :

- 7 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes

- 5 Tsp Poha ( Flattened Rice )

- 1 Finley Chopped Onion

- 1 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1 Tsp Cornflour Powder (Aaraot Powder)

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Cup Oil

Garnish :

- Tomato Sauce

- Chaat Masala

Method :

1. First Of First, Take A Pressure Cooker Add 3 To 4 Potatoes, 3 Cup Water , After Adding Potatoes And Water In The Pressure Cooker, Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook The Potatoes  Till 2 Whistle .After 2 Whistle Open Pressure Cooker Lid And Drain All Water From The Potatoes After Draining Water From Potatoes, Peel The Boiled Potatoes And Mashed It With The Help Of Masher. After Mashing Potatoes, Take A Blender Jar Add 5 Tsp Poha  And Blend It.(Don’t Add Water Blend The Poha Without Adding Water).

2. After Blending Poha , Take A Bowl Add 7 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes, 5 Tsp Poha, 1 Finley Chopped Onion, 1 Tsp Garam Masala, After Adding Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Add 1 Tsp Cornflour Powder (Aaraot Powder) ,2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, Salt To Taste, After Adding All Ingredients Again Mix It Well, After Mixing Make A Round Shape Cutlets. After Making Round Shape Cutlets Take A Pan 2 Cup Oil And Heat It.Once Oil Gets Hot Fry Cutlets, Fry The Cutlets From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. Once Cutlets Become Golden Color Off The Gas The Flame And Cutlets Is Ready To Serve.

Garnish :
Garnish Cutlets With Chaat Masala And Serve With Tomato Sauce.
