Homemade Ice Cream


How To Make Special Homemade Ice Cream


Serving For 4 People


Making Time 20 To 25 Minutes




Ingredients :

- 1/2 kg Milk

- 250 Gm Maava

- 200 Gm Sugar

- 2 Finely Chopped Cardamom

- 3 Tsp Finley Chopped Almonds

- 3 Tsp Finley Chopped Cashew

Garnish :

- Finley Chopped Almonds

- Finley Chopped Cashew

- 1/2 Tsp Red Food Color

Method For Making Homemade Ice Cream :

1. First Of All, Take A Pan Add 1/2 kg Milk And Boil It, Once Milk Properly Boils Add 200 Gm Sugar, 2 Finely Chopped Cardamom, After Adding Cardamom, Add 250 Gm Maava, 3 Tsp Finley Chopped Almonds, 3 Tsp Finley Chopped Cashew. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly So That All The Ingredients Properly Mix, Once All The Ingredients Mixed Properly, Again Boil The Milk In Low Flame Of Gas, Till Milk Reduce To 250 Gm.

2. Once Milk Is Reduced To 250 Gm, Take A Bowl Pour The Ice Cream Mixture In To The Bowl. After Pouring Mixture In To The Bowl, Freeze The Ice Cream Mixture For 8 To 10 Hours. After 10 Hours Take Out The Ice Cream Mixture In To The Freezer. After Taking Out Ice Cream Mixture From Freezer Carefully, Cut Ice Cream In To The Small Pieces. After Cutting Out Small Pieces Special Homemade Ice Cream Is Ready To Serve.

Garnish :
- Garnish Special Homemade Ice Cream With Finley Chopped Almonds, Finley Chopped Cashew, 1/2 Tsp Red Food Color.

Homemade Ice Cream Is Tasty, Delicious To Eat. All The Ingredients Which Are Used To Made This Ice Cream Is Easily Available At Home. And Can Easily Made It Home With Least Amount Of Time. But It Take Little Bid Time To Freeze Once It Properly Set, Then It Gave Delicious Taste. So, Freeze The Ice Cream Properly. You Can Use More Dry Fruits To Garnish The Special Ice Cream. And It Is Optional To Use Red Food Color, But Red Food Color Gave More Taste To Ice Cream.

  1. I remember, that I tried to make ice-cream at home. I can not say, that it was delicious then, though, it straightly depends on your cooking skills.
