Healthy Chilla


How To Make Healthy Chilla


Serving For 2 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients :

- 1 Cup Wheat Flour

- 1 Finley Chopped Onion

- 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Finley Chopped Potato

- Finley Copped Coriander Leaves

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- Water As Much As Required

- 1/2 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Coriander Chutney

- 1 Cup Low Fat Curd

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Wheat Flour, 1 Finley Chopped Onion, 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 1 Finley Chopped Potato. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Add Finley Chopped Coriander Leaves, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds. After Adding All The Ingredients, Add Water As Required For Making A Chilla Dough, Remember That Chilla Dough Which Should Not Be So Thick  Or Not So Thin) It Should Be Medium.

2. After Making Chilla Dough, Take A Pan Add 1/2 Tsp Oil And Heat, Once Oil Gets Hot, Slow Down The Gas Flame, After Slow Down Gas Flame, Take 2 Spoon Of The Chilla Dough And Carefully Spread It In To The Pan. After Spreading Chilla Dough In The Pan,Cook The Chilla From Both Sides Till Golden Color.Once Both Sides Of Chilla Become Golden, Off The Gas Flame And Healthy Chilla Is Ready To Serve.

Garnish :
Garnish Healthy Chilla With Coriander Chutney, 1 Cup Low Fat Curd.

This Recipe Is Easily Made At Home With Least Amount Of Time. All The Ingredients Which Are Used To Make The Chilla Recipe Is Easily Available. You Can Use More Vegetables Like Capsicum (Yellow, Green, Or Red Anyone), Carrot Etc But Don’t Use Tomatoes In The Making Of Chilla.
