Fruit Custard


How To Make Fruit Custard


Serving For 2 People


Making Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients :

- 250 Gm Low Fat Curd

- 1 Finely Chopped Banana

- 1 Finely Chopped Apple

- 2 Tsp Pomegranates

- 8 To 10 Grapes (Black Or Green Both Can Be Used)

- 2 To 3 Slice Finely Chopped Papaya

- 100 Gm Sugar

- 1/4 Tsp Black Salt

Note : If You Need To Add More Fruits In Custard Then You Will Add.

Garnish :

- Roasted Cumin Seeds

- Pomegranates

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 250 Gm Curd After Taking  Low Fat Curd In The Bowl Beat The Curd Properly. After Beating Curd, Add 1 Finely Chopped Banana, 1 Finely Chopped Apple , 2 Tsp Pomegranates, 8 To 10 Finely Chopped Grapes.(Both Green Or Black Grapes) After Adding All The Above Listed Fruits Add 2 To 3 Slice Finely Chopped Papaya, 100 Gm Sugar, 1/4 Tsp Black Salt.
After Adding All The Fruits Mix It Properly So That All The Fruits Properly Mix With Curd. After Mixing Chill The Custard In To The Refrigerator For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour,  Take Out The Chilled Custard From Refrigerator After Taking Out Fruit Custard Is Ready To Serve..

Garnish:
Garnish The Chilled Fruit Custard With Roasted Cumin Seeds, Pomegranates.

Fruit Custard Is Tasty, Sweet And Delicious To Eat. This Recipe Is Contain Alot Of Fruits Which Is Beneficial For Health. You Can Add Any Fruits Which You Like Add In The Custard. Except Coconut, Custard Apple, Date, Gooseberry, And Rasins. Except These Fruits All The Fruits Are Used In The Custard. All The Ingredients Which Are Used To Make Fruit Custard Is Easily Available At Home And Can Easily Made It Home With Least Amount Of Time. You Can Made The Fruit Custard Before 1 Hour Of Eating Because It Take 1 Hour To Chill. After Making The Fruit Custard At least Keep The Custard In Refrigerator For 1/2 An Hour To Chill If You Don’t Need To Store The Custard In Refrigerator For 1 Hour.
