Vegetable Lollipop


How To Make Vegetable Lollipop


Cooking Time 15 Minutes


Serving 5 People




Ingredients:

-  1 Tsp Sprouts

- 4 Boil And Finley Chopped Potato

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Green Capsicum

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Red Capsicum

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Yellow Capsicum

- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Carrot

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 2 Tsp Cornflour Powder (Aararot Powder)

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder

- 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 2 Cups Oil

Garnish:

Garnish Vegetable Lollipop With Tomato Sauce Or Coriander Chutney.

Method:

1. First Of All, Take A Blender Jar And Add 5 Pieces Of Bread ( White Or Brown) And Blend It And Make A Smooth Powder,  After Blending Take Out The Bread Powder In The Bowl And Keep It Aside After Making Take A Bowl And Add  1 Tsp Sprouts, 4 Boil And Finley Chopped Potato, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Green Capsicum, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Red
Capsicum, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Yellow Capsicum, 1 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage,  2 Tsp Finley Chopped Carrot,  Fresh Coriander Leaves After Adding All The Vegetables Mix It Properly And Mash It.

2. After Mashing Properly, Add 2 Tsp Cornflour Powder (Aararot Powder), Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala,  1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder, 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, After Adding All The Ingredients Again Mix And Mash Properly And Make A Dough. After Making Dough, Make Small Round Shape Balls Of That Dough.

3. After Making Dough, Take A Small Bowl And Add 1/2 Tsp Cornflour Powder , 1/2 Tsp Water And Mix It,  After Mixing Cornflower, Take A Pan And Add 2 Cups Oil And Heat Once Oil Gets Hot,Take One Maded Ball Of Vegetable And Dip Into The Cornflower Powder Mixture(Which Made Above) And After Diping In Cornflour Powder Dip The Ball In Bread Powder (Which Is Also Made In Above) And Then Dip The Ball In The Oil For Frying And Fry The Ball Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. After Both Sides Become Golden Color, Take Out The Vegetables Balls In The Tissue Paper To Remove Excess Oil, After Removing Oil, Add Toothpick In The Vegetables Balls And Vegetables Lollipop Is Ready For Garnishing. Garnish The Vegetables Lollipop With Tomato Sauce Or Coriander Chutney.


         Yummy Vegetable Lollipop Is Ready To Eat.......
