How To Make Taro Root In Onion

Ingredients :
- 250 Gm Arbi ( Taro Root )
- 4 Onion
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Green Chilly
- 4 Piece Garlic
- 1 Piece Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Tsp Curd
- 2 Tsp Fresh Cream
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 Cup Water
- 2 Tsp Oil
Garnish :
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
Method :
1. Peel 250 Gm Arbi ( Taro Root ) Peel It And Cut In To Pieces. Now Take A Blender Jar Add 4 Onion, 2 Green Chilly, 4 Piece Garlic, 1 Piece Ginger Blend It And Make A Smooth Paste .
2. Take A Another Blender Jar Add 3 Tomatoes Blend It And Make A Smooth Pure. After Making Pure Take A Pressure Cooker Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It . Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds , Onion Pure And Cook It Till Onion Become Golden Color.
3 . After Onion Become Golden Color, Add Tomato Pure, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 250 Gm Peeled Taro Root (Arbi) And Cook It For 10 Minutes.
4. After 10 Minutes Now Add 2 Tsp Curd And Cook It For Another 5 Minutes. Then Add 2 Cup Water And Mix It Well And Cover The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 1 Whistle.
5.After 1 Whistle Now Open Pressure Cooker Lid And Add 2 Tsp Fresh Cream, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala. Taro Root In Onion Is Ready To Serve.
Garnish :
