How To Make Masala Gobhi
Serving For 2 People
Ingredients :
- 250 Gm Cauliflower
- 4 Finley Chopped Onion
- 2 Finley Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Diced Potato
- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp Oil
Garnish :
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
Method :
1. Take 250 Gm Cauliflower Wash It In 1 Cup Water. The Cut This Cauliflower In To Medium Size Pieces.
2. Now Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It.
3. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 4 Finley Chopped Onion, 2 Finley Chopped Tomatoes, 1 Diced Potato And Add Washed Pieces of Cauliflower In The Pan .
4. Now Add Fresh Coriander Leaves, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder.
5. Then Cook And Leave This For 15 Minutes. Then Mix It Well And Again Cook It For 5 Minutes More.
6. Now Masala Gobhi Is Ready To Garnish .
Garnish :
- Garnish Masala Gobhi With Fresh Coriander Leaves, 1 Tsp Garam Masala.
