Saag Puri And Sheera


How To Make Saag  Puri And Sheera


Serving For 5 People


Cooking Time 30 Minutes


Ingredients :

For Saag :

- 1/2 Kg Tomatoes

- 2 Green Chilly

- 4 Boiled And Diced Potatoes

- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds

- 5 To 6 Curry Leaves

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 2 Cup Water

- 1 Tsp Oil

For Puri :

- 2 Cup Wheat Flour

- Salt To Taste

- Water For Making Dough

- 2 Cup Oil

For Sheera :

- 1 Cup Wheat Flour

- 1 Cup Ghee

- 1 Cardamom

- 2 Cup Water

Garnish :

- Almonds

- Laddu

Method :

For Making Saag :

1. Take A Blender Jar Add 1/2 Kg Tomatoes, 2 Green Chilly Blend It And Make A Smooth Pure.

2. After Making Smooth Pure, Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds And 5 To 6 Curry Leaves And Cook It For 1/2 Minutes.

3. Now Add Above Making Tomato Pure, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder Mix It Well And Cook It For 10 Minutes.

4. After 10 Minutes,  Add 4 Boiled And Diced Potatoes And Mix It Then,  Add 2 Cup Water, After Adding Water, Cover The Pan Lid And Cook It For 2 Minutes.

5. After 2 Minutes Open Pan Lid And Saag Is Ready To Serve With Puri.

For Making Puri :

1. Take A Bowl Add 2 Cup Wheat Flour, Salt To Taste, Water And Mix It And Make A Tight Dough.

2. Now Make A Small Balls On This Dough And Roll It And Make A Small Puri Shape.

3. Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Fry This Puri One By One Both The Sides Till The Puri Become Golden Color.

4. Now Take Out This Puri In To Tissue Paper To Remove Excess Oil Then Puri Is Ready To Serve.

For Making Sheera :

1. Take A Pan Add 1 Cup Ghee And Heat It. Once Ghee Gets Hot Add 1 Cardamom, 1 Cup Wheat Flour Cook This Wheat Flour Till Wheat Flour Become Golden Color.

2. After Wheat Flour Become Golden Color Add 2 Cup Water And Mix It Well Then Cook It For 5 Minutes In Slow Flame Of Gas.

3. After 5 Minutes, Off Gas Flame And Sheera Is Ready To Serve.

Garnish :

- Garnish Sheera With Almonds And Saag Puri With Laddu.
