How To Make Sabudana Kheer
Serving For 6 Peoples
Cooking Time 30 Minutes
Ingredients :
- 1 Liter Milk
- 1 Cup Sabudana (Tapioca Sago)
- 2 Cardamon
- 2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Saffron
- 2 Tsp Cashews
- 2 Tsp Almonds
- 2 Tsp Raisin
- 2 Tsp Chironji
- 2 Tsp Makhana (Lotus Seeds)
(If You Want To Add Makhana In The Sabudana Kheer You Can Add If You Don't Want To Add Makhana In Sabudana Kheer Don't Add It In The Kheer It Is Optional. It Can Not Change The Taste Of Sabudana Kheer)
- 1/2 Tsp Rose Water
- 2 Cup Water
Note : You Can Use Any Dry Fruits Inside The Sabudana Kheer You Need.
Garnish :
- Rose Petal’s
- 1 Tsp Cashews
- 1 Tsp Almonds
- 1 Tsp Raisin
Method :
1. Take 1 Cup Sabudana (Tapioca Sago) Soak The Sabudana In 2 Cup Water For 1 Hour.
2. After 1 Hour, Take A Pan Add 1 Liter Milk And Boil It Well . After Boiling Milk Well, Add 2 Cup Sugar, 2 Cardamon, 1/4 Tsp Saffron, 1 Cup Soaked Sabudana (Tapioca Sago) In It.
3. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Mix The Kheer Well And Cook It For 10 Minutes. Stir This Kheer For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes Again Mix The Kheer Well. After Mixing , Add 2 Tsp Cashews, 2 Tsp Almonds, 2 Tsp Raisin, 2 Tsp Chironji, 2 Tsp Makhana (Lotus Seeds).
4. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Again Mix The Kheer Well And Cook It For Another 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes Off The Gas Flame .
5. Now, Serve The Sabudana Kheer In The Bowl And Add 1/2 Tsp Rose Water And Mix It Well. (Rose Water Give Kheer Nice Smell And Nice Taste.) After Adding Rose Water Inside The Sabudana Kheer, Kheer Is Ready To Garnish .
Garnish :
Garnish Sabudana Kheer With Rose Petal’s, 1 Tsp Cashews, 1 Tsp Almonds, 1 Tsp Raisin.
