How To Make Healthy Daal Spinach
Serving for 6 People

Ingredients :
- 1 Cup Yellow Split Peas ( Chana Daal )
- 1/2 Kg Spinach
- 2 Finley Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Finley Chopped Onion
- 4 To 5 Garlic Pieces
- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly
- 1 Cup Fenugreek Leaves ( Methi )
- 1 Cup Dill Leaves ( Suva )
- Salt To Taste
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp Oil
Garnish :
- Sliced Onion
- Sliced Tomato
- Lemon Slice
Method :
1. Take 1 Cup Yellow Split Peas ( Chana Daal ) And Wash The Spinach With Water, And Soak The Chana Daal For 2 Hour.
2. Now Take 1/2 Kg Washed Spinach And Cut The Spinach In Small Parts And Again Wash The Spinach In 3 To 4 Times In Water.
3. Then, Take A Pressure Cooker And Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Finley Chopped Onion, 4 To 5 Garlic Pieces, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly. Mix It Well And Cook It Till Onion Become Golden Color.
4. When Onion Become Golden Color, Then Add 2 Finley Chopped Tomatoes, 1 Cup Yellow Split Peas ( Chana Daal ) ( Which Is Already Soaked In Water For 2 Hour), And 1/2 Kg Washed And Cut Spinach .
5. Now Mix It All Ingredients Well , And Cook It For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes Add Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Cup Fenugreek Leaves, 1 Cup Dill (Suva) Leaves.
6. Then Again Mix All Ingredients Well, Then Add 2 Cup Water , After Adding Water Close This Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It For 5 Whistle.
7. After 5 Whistle Open This Pressure Cooker Lid And Spinach Is Ready To Serve In To Serving Plate For Garnishing.
Garnish :
- Garnish Spinach With Sliced Onion, Sliced Tomato, Lemon Slice. Now Spinach Is Ready To Serve. Serve The Healthy Spinach With Pulaav.
