How To Make Masala Bread
Serving For 4 People

Ingredients:
For Masala :
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Green Chilly
- 3 To 4 Garlic Pieces
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Salt To Taste
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 Tsp Oil
For Making Bread ( Roti ) :
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- Water For Making Dough
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
Serving :
- Low Fat Curd
- Tomato Sauce
Method :
1. Take A Blender Jar And Add 2 Onions, 2 Tomatoes, 3 To 4 Garlic Pieces And 2 Green Chilly, Fresh Mint Leaves And Blend It And Make A Smooth Paste.
2. Then After Blending And Making A Smooth Paste, Then Take A Pan And Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It, Once Oil Gets Hot Add The Smooth Paste In The Pan And Cook It For 5 Minutes Till Paste Become Golden Color.
3. After 5 Minutes, When Paste Become Golden Color, Add Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder And 2 Tsp Coriander Powder In The Pan And Mix It Well.
4. After Mixing The Mixture, Cook The Mixture For 5 Minutes And Leave This Mixture In The Low Flame Of Gas For 5 Minutes.
5. After 5 Minutes, Off The Gas Flame And Leave The Masala Mixture And Cool Down This Mixture.
6. Now Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Wheat Flour, Water Mix It Well And Make A Dough For Making Bread (Roti). Now Make A Small Balls On It And Roll It And Make Bread (Roti) Shape. And Cook It From Both The Sides.
7. After Cooking Breads, Take 2 Tsp Mixture In The Spoon And Spread The Mixture In The Middle Of Bread (Roti).
8. After Spreading Mixture In The Bread, Then Take A Pan And Add 2 Tsp Oil And Fry The Masala Bread From Both Sides Till Both Sides Of Bread (Roti) Become Golden Color.
9. When Bread (Roti) Become Golden From Both The Sides, Off The Gas Flame And Masala Bread Is Ready To Serve.
Serving :
1. Serve The Masala Roti With Low Fat Curd And Tomoto Sauce.
