Healthy Sprouts Idli


How To Make Healthy Sprouts Idli


Serving For 6 People


Cooking Time 30 Minutes


Ingredients :

- 1/2 Kg Suji ( Semolina )

- 1 Cup Low Fat Curd

- 5 Tsp Sprouts

- 4 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Green Capsicum

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Red Capsicum

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Yellow Capsicum

- 2 Finley Chopped Tomato

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Carrot

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1 Boil And Finley Chopped Potato

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 3 Cup Water

- 2 Tsp Oil

For Tampering :

- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds

- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- 5 To 6 Curry Leaves

- 1 Tsp Oil

Serving :

- Tomato Sauce

Method :

For Batter :

1. Take A Bowl Add 1/2 Kg Suji ( Semolina ),1 Cup Curd And Mix It Well And Make A Smooth Batter After Making A Smooth Batter Add Water ( If Required). Then Add  5 Tsp Sprouts, 4 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Green Capsicum Mix All The Ingredients Well.

2. After Mixing All Ingredients Well Now Add 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Red Capsicum, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Yellow Capsicum, 2 Finley Chopped Tomato, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Carrot, Fresh Coriander Leaves Again Mix All Ingredients Well.

3. After Mixing All The Ingredients Well And Add, 1 Boil And Finley Chopped Potato, Salt To Taste,  1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder Mix It  Well. After Adding All The Ingredients, Healthy Idli Batter Is Ready To Steam .

4. Now Take A Idli Plates And Grease Idli Plates With Oil After Greasing Oil In Plates, Then Take 1 Tsp Of Idli Batter And Pour The Batter On Idli Plate, After Pouring Batter , Take A Idli Steamer And Add 3 Cup Water And Boil It.

5. When Water Gets Boil Add Idli Plates On Idli Steamer And Cover The Steamer Lid And Cook It For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes Open Steamer Lid And Check The Idli With The Help Of Knife ( If Knife Is Clean Idli Is Ready To Serve If Not Cook This Idli For More 5 Minutes ).

6. After Checking Idli With Knife Healthy Idli Is Ready. Now Cool Down This Idli For 10 Minutes After 10 Minutes Take Out This Idli In To The Idli Plate And Healthy Sprouts Idli Is Ready For Tampering.

For Tampering :

1. Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds Cook It For 1 Minute, After 1 Minute 5 To 6 Curry Leaves In The Pan And Cook It For 5 Minutes After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame And Idli Tampering Is Ready.

2. Now Pour This Tampering In All The Healthy Idli After Pouring Tampering Healthy Idli Is Ready To Serve.

Serving :

Serve Healthy Idli With Tomato Sauce
