Healthy Soya Rice


How To Make Soya Rice 


Cooking Time 30 Minutes


Serving For 4 People


Ingredients :

- 2 Cup Rice

- 1/2 Cup Soya Granules

- 2 Onion

- 2 Green Chilly

- 4 Piece Garlic

- 1 Piece Ginger

- 2 Tomato

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- 2 Tsp Oil

- 5 Cup Water

- 1 Pinch Yellow Food Color

- 1 Pinch Red Food Color

Garnish :

- Soya

- Fresh Mint Leaves

Method :

For Making Soya Bean Layer :

1. Take A Bowl Add 1/2 Cup Soya Granules, Add 2 Cup Hot Water And Leave It For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour,  Drain The Hot Water And Wash The Soya Bean With Cold Water.

2. After Properly Washing Soya Bean Take A Blender Jar Add 2 Onion, 2 Green Chilly, 4 Piece Garlic, 1 Piece Ginger And Blend It And Make A Smooth  Paste. Now Again Take Another Blender Jar Add 2 Tomato Blend It And Make A Smooth Pure.

3. After Making Both The Pure, Take A Pressure Cooker  Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It.Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds Now Add Onion Paste And Cook It Till Onion Become Golden Color.

4. After Onion Become Golden Color Add Tomato Pure, Soaked Soya Granules, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder,  2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Mix  All Ingredients Well.

5. After Mixing All The Ingredients Well Then Add 1 Cup Water Now Close Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 1 Whistle. After 1 Whistle Open Pressure Cooker Lid And Soya Layer Is Ready.

For Making Rice :

1. Take A Bowl Add 2 Cup Rice Wash It Well And Soak In Water For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour Take A Pressure Cooker Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot  Add Soaked Rice, 4 Cup Water, Salt To Taste Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 2 Whistle. After 2 Whistle Open Pressure Cooker Lid And  Rice Is Ready. Now Divide The Rice In To 3 Parts.

2. After Dividing, Take A Cup And Add 1 Pinch Yellow Food Color,  And 1 Tsp Water And Mix It Well. Now Take Another Cup And Add 1 Pinch Red Food Color, 1 Tsp Water And Mix It Well .

3. Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds And 1 Part Of Rice And Mix It Well. After Mixing 1 Part Of Rice Is Ready Keep It Aside And, Take 2 Part Of Rice And Add Yellow Food Color With Water And Mix It Well And After Mixing 2 Part Of  Rice Is Also Ready And Keep The 2 Part Of Rice Aside.

4.  And Take A 3 Part Of Rice And Add Red Food Color With Water And 3 Part Of Rice Is Ready And Keep The 3 Part Aside And Again Take A Bowl Add 1 Part Of Rice Layer On It And Spread It Now Spread 2 Part Of Layer On It Now Spread Soya Layer On It And Finley 3 Part Of Rice Layer On It. Press It Well.

5. Now Transfer This Bowl In To Serving Plate And Healthy Soya Rice Is Ready To Garnish.

Garnish :

Garnish Healthy Soya Rice With Soya Bean,  Fresh Mint Leaves .
