Healthy Sprouts And Besan Laddu




How To Make Healthy Sprouts And Besan Laddu


Serving For 4 People


Cooking Time 30 Minutes




Ingredients :

For Making Sprouts :

- 1 Cup Sprouts

- 2 Cup Water

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- 1 Tsp Oil

For Garnish Healthy Sprouts :

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

For Making Laddu :

- 1 Cup Besan

- 2 Tsp Suji ( Semolina )

- 1 Cup Powder Sugar

- 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder

- 1/2 Cup Ghee

For Garnish Besan Laddu :

- Almonds

- Rose Petals

Method :

For Making Healthy Sprouts :

1. Take 1 Cup Sprouts And Soak Sprouts In 2 Cup Water For 5 To 6 Hours. After 5 To 6 Hours Take A Pressure Cooker And Add 1 Cup Soaked Sprouts And Cook Till 1 Whistle.

2. After 1 Whistle Drain All Water From Sprouts. After Draining All Water From Sprouts , Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Then Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds, Soaked Sprouts, Salt To Taste, 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Mix All Ingredients Well.

3. After Mixing All Ingredients Well, Healthy Sprouts Is Ready To Serve. Now Transfer The Healthy Sprouts In To Serving Plate For Garnishing.

Now, Garnish The Healthy Sprouts With Fresh Coriander Leaves Or Mint Leaves.




For Making Besan Laddu :

1. Take A Pan Add 1/2 Cup Ghee And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Cup Besan, 2 Tsp Suji ( Semolina ), 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder Cook This Besan Till Besan Become Golden Color (Continuous Stir ).

2. After Besan Become Golden Color Then Add 1 Cup Sugar Powder And Off The Gas Flame And Mix All Ingredients Well. After Mixing All Ingredients  Well Then Cool Down This Mixture For 1 Hour.

3. After 1 Hour When Laddu Mixture Become Cool Down Then Make Small Laddu Shape In This Mixture. After Making All Laddus, Laddu Is Ready To Serve. Now Transfer This Laddu In To The Serving Plate For Garnishing.

Garnish :

Garnish Besan Laddu With Almonds, Rose Petals.
