How To Make Tasty Tippore

Ingredients :
- 250 Gm Green Chilly
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Tsp Fennel
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes
- Salt To Taste
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1 Tsp Oil
Garnish :
- Coriander Leaves
Method :
1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Wash And Chopped The 250 Gm Green Chilly. After Washing And Chopping Green Chilly Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It.Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 Tsp Fennel , 250 Gm Washed And Chopped Green Chilly After Adding All The Above Listed Ingredients Mix It Well, After Mixing Close The Pan Lid And Cook It For 10 Minutes.After 10 Minutes Open The Pan Lid And Again Mix It Properly, After Mixing Add 2 Chopped Tomatoes, Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder.
2. After Adding All The Required Ingredients Again Properly Mix It Well And Cook For 10 Minutes In Low Flame. After 10 Minutes Check The Green Chilly If Green Chilly Become Soft Then Tasty Green Chilly Is Ready To Serve. If Not Cook It More 5 Minutes So The Green Chilly Becomes Properly Soft.
Garnish :
- Now Garnish The Tippore Plate With Coriander Leaves.
