How To Make Tomato Curry

Ingredients :
- 5 Tomatoes
- 2 Green Chilly
- 4 Curry Leaves
- 2 Sliced Potatoes
- Salt To Taste
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp Oil
Garnish :
- Cooked Rice
- Sliced Onion
- Sliced Cucumber
- Sliced Tomato
- Lemon Slice
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
Method :
For Making Tomato Curry:
1. First Of All, Take A Blender Jar Add 5 Tomatoes , 2 Green Chilly, Blend It And Make A Smooth Pure. After Making Smooth Pure, Take A Pressure Cooker Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It.Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 2 Sliced Potatoes, After Adding Patato Cook This Potato Till Patato Becomes Light Golden Color. Once Patato Becomes Golden Color Add Tomato And Green Chilly Pure.
2. After Adding Tomato And Green Chilly Pure, Add 4 Curry Leaves, Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Well And Cook It For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes Add 2 Cup Water. After Adding 2 Cup Water Then Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 2 Whistle.After 2 Whistle Open Pressure Cooker Lid And Tomato Curry Is Ready To Serve.
Garnish :
- Garnish Tomato Curry With Cooked Rice, Sliced Onion , Sliced Cucumber, Sliced Tomato, Lemon Slice, Fresh Coriander Leaves .
