Delicious Masala Bhindi (Lady Finger)




How To Make  Masala Bhindi (Lady Finger)

Serving 4 People

Cooking Time 20 Minutes



Ingredients :


- 200 Gm Lady Finger

- 4 Potatoes

- 4 Medium Size Onion

- 1 Green Chilly

For Making Masala :

- 2 Onion

- 2 Tomatoes

- 2 Green Chilly

- 4 To 6 Piece Garlic

- Salt To Taste

- Fresh  Mint Leaves

- 1/4 Turmeric Powder

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 4 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 2 Tsp Oil

Method :

1. Wash 200 Gm Lady Finger, 4 Potatoes, 1 Green Chilly And Cut Lady Finger, Green Chilly From The Middle And    Round Cut Potatoes. Now Peel The Onion And Cut In To Middle.

For Masala :

2. Take A Mixi Jar And Add 2 Onion, 2 Tomatoes, 2 Green Chilly , 4 To 6 Piece Garlic, Mint Leaves And Blend It And Make A  Smooth Paste.

3. Now Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. After Once Oil Gets Hot Add Smooth Paste. Then Add Salt To Taste, 1/4 Turmeric Powder, 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 4 Tsp Coriander Powder.

4. Now Mix All Ingredients Well. And Cook For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Off Gas Flame. Now Fill This Masala In To 200 Gm Lady Finger, 4 Potatoes, 1 Green Chilly And In Onion.



5. Now Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Add The Vegetables With Filled Masala In The Pan. After Fill All The Masala In Vegetables Now Cook For 5 Minutes In High Flame.

6. After 5 Minutes Cook For 15 Minutes In Low Flame. After 15 Minutes Off The Gas Flame. Delicious Masala Bhindi (Lady Finger) Is Ready To Serve. Now Transfer This Masala Bhindi In To Serving Plate.
