Bitter Melon ( Karela )

How To Make Karela  ( Bitter Melon )

Serving For 3 People

Cooking Time 15 - 20 Minutes



Ingredients :


- 250 Gm Karela ( Bitter Melon )

- 2 Cup Water

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- 4 Tomatoes

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Pinch Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 2 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method :

1. First Of All, Take Out The Karela Peel And Then Cut Karela In The Middle, After Cutting Karela In The Middle, Add Salt In The Middle Of Karela And Leave The Cutted Karela For 3 To 4 Hours, After 3 To 4 Hours, Take The Cutted Karela And Add Karela, In 2 Cup Water.

2. After Adding 2 Cup Water, In The Karela, Boil This Karela For 5 Minutes After 5 Minutes, Wash This Karela 2 Or 3 Time In Normal Water After Washing Karela In Normal Water, Take A Blender Jar And Add 4 Tomatoes And  Blend It Make A Smooth Pure.

3.After Making Smooth Pure Of Tomatoes, Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It.Once Oil Gets Hot Add Boiled Karela And Fry It. After Frying Karela In A Pan , Take Out The Fried Karela In The Bowl And Taking Off, Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds.

4. After Adding Cumin Seed Fry The Cumin Seeds Till It Become Golden Color, When The Cumin Seeds Till It Becomes Golden Color, Then Add Tomatoes Pure In The Pan Then, Salt To Taste, 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder. After Adding All The Masala's, Now Add Fry Karela And Mix It Well.

5. After Adding Fried Karela In the Pan  Along  With All Masala's, Then Cook It For 5 Minutes In Slow Flame Of Gas, After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame.Karela Recipe Is Ready To Serve. Transfer The Karela (Bitter Melon) Recipe Into The Serving Plate For Garnishing.

Garnish :

- Karela Garnish With Fresh Coriander Leaves.
