How To Make Healthy ONION POTATO Recipe

Ingredients :
- 1/2 kg Onion
- 4 Medium Size Potatoes (Round Chopped)
- 2 Medium Size Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tap Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Oil
- 5 To 6 Mint Leaves
Garnishing :
- 5 To 6 Mint Leaves
- Garam masala
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
Method :
1. Take A Pressure Cooker And Add 2 tsp Oil And Heat It. And Once Oil Gets Hot, Add 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly, 1/2 kg Onion, 2 Medium Size Chopped Tomatoes , 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder And Mix It Well.
2. After Mixing All Ingredients Well Then Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It Till 2 Whistle, After 2 Whistle Open Pressure Cooker Lid And Add 4 Medium Size Potatoes (Round Chopped) And 1/2 tsp Garam Masala And Add 5 To 6 Mint Leaves And Mix It Well.
3. After Mixing All Ingredients Again Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It Till 1 Whistle, After 1 Whistle Open Pressure Cooker Lid And Onion Potato Recipe Is Ready And Now Transfer The Onion Potato Recipe In To The Serving Plate For Garnishing.
