Dry Methi Recipe



How To Make Dry Methi Recipe


Serving 2 To 3 People


Cooking Time 15 To 20 Minutes




Ingredients For Making Dry Methi:

- 250 Gm Finely Chopped Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)

- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly

- 2 To 3 Dicely Chopped Potatoes

- 1 Tsp Green Garlic

- 3 To 4 Tomatoes

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Brown Rice:

- 2 Cups Brown Rice

- 4 Cups Water

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Wheat Bread:

- 2 Cups Wheat Flour

- Water (As Much As Required For Making A Dough)

- 1/2 Tsp Oil

Garnishig And Serving:

- Coriander Chutney

- Sliced Raddish

Method:

Method For Making Dry Methi Recipe:

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 250 Gm Finely Chopped Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) After Taking Methi (Fenugreek ) Wash The Methi Leaves 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water After Washing Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) Take A Pressure Cooker Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly, 1 Tsp Green Garlic After Adding Above Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker Cook The Ingredients Till Both Ingredients Become Golden Color.

2. Once Both Ingredients Become Golden Color Add 250 Gm Washed Finely Chopped Methi (Fenugreek Leaves), 2 To 3 Dicely Chopped Potatoes, 3 To 4 Tomatoes Pure In The Pressure Cooker. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Add Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder,  1 Tsp Coriander Powder After Adding All The Above Ingredients Close The Pressure Cooker Lid After Closing Pressure Cooker Lid Cook It Till 1 Whistle.

(Remember Close The Pressure Cooker Lid Immediately After Adding All The Above Ingredients In Pressure Cooker Lid Without Mixing Any Ingredients).

3. After 1 Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker Lid After Opening Check The Potatoes That Potatoes Boiled Out With The Help Of Knife If Not Cook It Again For 1 More Whistle. Once Potatoes Boiled Properly Continuously Mix And Cook The Ingredients Till All The Ingredients Come To The Oil.

4. Once All The Ingredients Comes To Oil Slow The Gas Flame After Slowing Down Gas Flame Again Cook The Ingredients For 5 To 6 Minutes More Till All Ingredients Cooked Properly Or Properly All The Water Inside Cooker Soaked. Once All Ingredients Cooked Or Water Soaked Completely,  Close The Gas Flame After Closing Dry Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) Recipe Is Ready To Serve Or Garnish.

Method For Making Brown Rice:

 1. First Of All Take 2 Cup Brown Rice In The Bowl After Taking Brown Rice Wash The 2 Cup Brown Rice In 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Brown Rice In Normal Water, Soak 2 Cup Brown Rice With 4 Cup Water For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour, Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It.

2.  Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Cup Brown Rice With 4 Cup Water, Salt To Taste. After Adding All The Above Needed Ingredients For Making Brown Rice,  Cook The Brown Rice For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes, Close The Pan Lid After Closing Pan Lid Cook Brown Rice For 5 Minutes In Slow Flame Of Gas. After 5 Minutes Check The Brown Rice That It Cooked Properly Or Not If Not
Cook It For 5 Minutes More After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame After Offing Gas Flame Brown Rice Is Ready To Serve.

Method For Making Wheat Bread:

1. Take A Bowl Add 2 Cup Wheat Flour Slowly Slowly Add Water After Adding Water Mix It Properly After Mixing Make A Dough. After Making Dough,  Add 1/4 Tsp Oil In The Dough After Adding Oil Mix It. After Adding Oil Make Small Balls Of Dough, After Making Small Balls Make Small Round Shape Bread After Making Round Shape Bread Cook It In The Pan From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. Once Both The Sides Of Bread Become Golden Color, Bread Is Ready To Serve.

Garnishing And Serving:

Garnish And Serve The Dry Methi Recipe With Wheat Flour Bread, Coriander Chutney, And Sliced Raddish
